Are they going to ban changing the radio station next? Lowering the limit isn't going to have an effect on anything, drink drivers will continue to exceed the limit whilst law abiding drivers who ensure they aren't over the limit are now going to get punished. And should you also be able to enjoy a ciggie with your pint without having to bother if it upsets others around you? And what about seat belts? Should you be able to choose if you wear one or not?
