Phanerothyme
Alternatively you could install noise cancellation loudpseakers outside CRB to produce 'anti-noise' which would do much to reduce noise pollution. About Noise Cancellation

About Noise Cancellation Sounds great in theory, but probably impractical - I don't think I can get the neighbours to all wear headsets, and I don't think they'd all want these devices in their homes. Sounds very specialist......good idea though in special cases. We've got all the customers in the pub coming up with similar ideas - our own sound reducing forum! Still looking for ideas though. Rockwool/plasterboard is seeming to be the favourite at the moment....but will still be pricey. Maybe putting something on the exterior of the roof.......not sure what though....
