I think that as it is an area of Sheffield for which street trader licences are not normally available that it is a pretty safe bet he is operating without one. Perhaps if he is your mate you should ask him to post the number of his licence on here to put our minds at rest. That way we can all be assured that when we get home and find that what he was selling was a load of useless crap, we will be able to take it back the next day for a refund.
