Stag do in wales

Hi Everyone,

 

I have been put in charge of a stag do in May for a good friend of mine, I have already got the location but i would like a bit of feedback on what else I need to sort out (never been on one and i dont have many people i can ask).

 

In a nut shell: I am thinking of some kind of group activity during the day (paintballing or quadbiking, etc.) and then a meal and clubbing in the evening. Does this sound about right?

 

Should I ask the groom specifically what he wants or leave it as a surprise? Also has anyone had any experiences with party buses? Are they worth it? any comments would be welcome!
