The skip goes to the tip ,the stuff is sorted and then resold,when you go the car boots ans see large vans with boxes spread out with second hand bric a brac in,invariably it has all come from a tip,as somebody has already said one mans junk is another mans fortune ..tip selling is actually a large and profitable business.

I knew there was something wrong with my plan.

we have just recently had a skip outside our house.

i made sure i kept all scrap metal to 1 side so the scrap men could have it so they wouldnt go diggin into the skip. the scrap men didnt.

in 2 days iv had around 30 people in that skip. at 1 point there was 8 people around the skip, most of them ontop of the skip pulling everything out.

in the end i had to go out and tell them to sod off.

wasnt so much them taking the stuff it was the mess they were making.

 

we have another 1 coming monday and im dreding it.

people are ment to ask before taking anything out of peoples skips and not 1 person has.

 

i would never take anything without asking 1st. very rude people.
