We are linking up with the mighty Central Beatz and Momentum, both well respected established drum and bass events in Leeds. They represent an array of drum and bass from up and coming artists and the darker underground sound. But it doesn’t stop there, we have also have booked the one and only Doc Scott from 31 records, joining us for an exclusive 90min set. The night will be supported by Aggers and Universal Minds, the Feedback residents and your host for the night with be our resident MC E-LL. You couldn’t possibly squeeze more into one evening! The man Goldie named "King of the Rollers" is one of the most respected DJs on the circuit, the owner of 31 Records and the producer of such classics as 'Here Come the Drumz', 'Shadow Boxing', 'Swarm' and 'Tokyo Dawn'. Still on top of his game after twenty years in the business, 2010 promises to be a landmark year for DJ, producer and label. DLR “Dirty Le Roi” + CHRIS OCTANE Central Beatz / Dispatch / C4C recordings / Peer Pressure / Sonorous A production force to be reckoned with, honing their skills with 9 years in the drum and bass industry before joining forces. A mutual love of twisted bass textures, organic soundscapes, live recording and their pure originality in sound and production, truly brings this pair together. At present DLR and Chris Octane are signed to an agency called Grass Roots. They currently have a large number of releases lined up with Dispatch Recordings and a remix in the making for the mighty Cause 4 Concern. Ruckspin (Ranking Records) who is currently in Russia on tour, LD50 and Relic are original members of the Central Beatz collective, a well respected drum and bass night in Leeds and now DLR and Octane work alongside this crew. He is Co-event Manager of the infamous Momentum @ Wire in Leeds another well established drum and bass event in Leeds. He is currently co-writing tracks with Survival, Lomax and many more. This guys definitely one to watch.
