42_sunsets Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 I've only had one thing stolen whilst living in Sheffield, my right wing mirror and the back section which attaches the mirror.... why?!? What made me laugh was that this happened in Nether Green when I was visiting my Mum and nothing similar has happened in Batemoor which is seen as less of a nice area. I've lived in Leeds for 3 years - burgled 3 times (quick succession - obviously victimised by persons unknown) I've lived in Sheffield for 8 years and have yet to be visited by my friendly local burglar. My son was on a bus going through Burngreave which was hit by a bullet! Shattered glass but nobody hurt. His friend was mugged on Chesterfield Road last week.
