Where is Hollams Dyke?

I'm trying to establish where this area is [or was] in Sheffield. I have an ancestor who lived there about 150 years ago, or so the census says, but I have a vague recollection of my dad referring to the name perhaps 40 or 50 years ago. I suspect it was in the Tinsley area [there were many dykes in that area when it was farmland and that is the area he lived] but I can't be sure. I suppose Hollams might be Holland, Hollins, Hollows, Ollands or anything else similar.

Can anyone help?
