sr1sag Posted January 4, 2006 Share Posted January 4, 2006 the kickboxing gym is really good! Good instructors and no students with big ego's its quite friendly. Beginners sessions Mon 8.30pm - 9.30pm Thurs same time Fri 7pm is mixed level but still suitable and i think there is a session on Sundays but not sure of time or standard. Its about £4 per session.
