eastbank
Yes, but here some effort would be made to capture the murderer. Greek authorities take a more blase approach preferring to sit back and stick two fingers up at us. What happened to those bank workers was appalling but Greece is a corrupt, lazy country that has taken everything it could get thinking it was free and now is spitting its dummy out because all that it has taken needs paying for. The chickens are coming home to roost. it's now pay back time....and we are loving it....just hope zante is the first to become a ghost town...back to the fields boys...the krauts want their money back... But who is hurting most now, it is the innocent Greek citizen, not the corrupt officials, you can't wish ill on the citizens of country just because they had the misfortune to be corruptly governed. They were more than happy to put up with it because they were individually doing well. The Greek citizens are only innocent if they were completely ignorant of the fact that doing little to no work whilst coining it in was in some way sustainable. The Greeks have reacted in a manner that gone only be described as petulant. The flipside is the Irish who have accepted that the bubble has burst and are now rolling up their sleeves and getting on with the hard work of getting their country back on track. truconstruct
A lot of Bubble and Squeaks in top govenrment jobs have been drawing their massive wages and not even turning up for work for a long time. I did a government contract in Athens some time ago now and quite literaly half the cash went into peoples pockets.
