People have been searching for things about it and posting them here and have not have been able to find anything more recent. I dont know when the last time they discussed it, do you ? No. But the most recent evidence I've seen points to 6 years ago. Do you have any evidence that they have discussed it more recently? Unless someone posts something more recent, I'm going to assume that it was 6 years ago. Do you think it is inconsistent to allow people to have sex at 16 but not look at porn at that age?
