thanks

Zogg always mixes up trance, techno & psy but some nights it does go more in once direction than another & if the last Zogg you went to was July - it was particularly techno that night with Mobile Dogwash & Rafael (probably more so than any other Zogg) and not very reprentative.

There's a fair bit of psy coming up at Zogg this autumn with Ed Tangent from Sunrise & Bez 23 from Kulu playing at the fifth birthday party on the 16th Sept along with the Zen Terrorists and there should be a Zogg v Liquid Connective night at some point.

For whatever reason there's not been much straight psy in sheffield since the mid/late 90s (when it was called Goa...) - but Fatmoon do occasional small free parties around Sheffield

Other than that - you may hear the odd psy set at a NTA free party - especially if Dil has his rig there or if Gordie is palying the sunrise set.

Within a hour of Sheffield - you've got Cabbage in Leeds which alternates between psy & techno, Kulu in Bradford (they occasionally let me loose in their second room), the long running Sunrise in Manchester or Psycle - a new small night in Nottingham.

Hope thats been of some use

Since this thread last saw the light of day(!) - Zogg threw its last party for the forseeable future at the Adelphi last week - a great night and good party to bow out on.

We're taking a break for a while due to lack of suitable venues - but Dil & Greg will be out and about in the next month or two including playing the main Liquid Connective room with Logic Bomb at the massive SEOne venue (3500 capacity) in London on Fri 7 October.
