And if the above doesn't work, jump off the kitchen table and belly flop onto the edge of your chair, that should bruise nicely too. Always carry a metal pen in your pocket. Failing all the above idea's, you may have to remove the ink cartridge and shove it into your throat. Lovely. Glad the op didn't have too serious an event though.
