dazzler4 Posted May 4, 2010 Share Posted May 4, 2010 I am looking for some advice really. i live in appartments that are next to a major supermaerket. they are refurbing the branch but have decided to also refurb the exterier. Sunday night they had a hydrolic thing going on until midnight drilling up pathways, monday night they had noisey cleaning machines out until midnight. I have contacted them today and after the site manager had a meeting he called me back and explained that they had 5 nights worth of work planned drilling up the current car park and relaying it, this would be going on until the early hours! can they do this, they have notified none of us and claimed they thought our building was an office block! who can i speak to about this?
