Starting with an outdoor beach party during the day, with a barbecue, rides and attractions, and culminating in 3 arenas of the hottest musical acts around - there really is no better way to say goodbye to term time, and hello to Summer! Radio 1’s Reggie Yates will be DJing and hosting, while some of the biggest chart acts of the moment will be performing on stage! Indie rockers Bombay Bicycle club will also be making a DJ appearance in room 2! Simply put, this has been the BIGGEST club track of the year – and the voices behind the track will be here to perform it live on stage! Girls Can’t Catch The new girl band on the block (and label mates of Girl’s Aloud and the Saturdays!) – have already had one chart and dancefloor hit with Echo. Expect big things from the girls! Chiddy Bang Performing the MASSIVE dancefloor hit Opposite of Adults. Making Summer Slam a truly international affair is up coming US duo Chiddy Bang. The Philadelphia based pairing, hit the dancefloors and the charts in spring 2010 with their MGMT sampling ‘Opposite of Adults’. plus Resident Hallam DJs Arena 2: Bombay Bicycle Club DJ set The much hyped indie quartet are taking a break from the guitars to take to the decks in room 2! These accomplished DJs will be playing an unmissable set of indie and electro!
