1/3 of a million £ Sterling to stand as a party in a democratic election

Recommended Posts

* £65000

* 100 each to the 650.

(Opposed to finding the 650 like minded individuals. - Which was implied)

And what would you do with a party of people so cheap they can be bought with a one off payment of a £100?

Has this got anything to do with Jabber's Dalek project?

If you're a popular enough party to be considering fielding 650 candidates, you must have at least 325,000 supporters. Asking them for one pound each would raise all the funds you need; and if you can't manage that, you clearly shouldn't be casting your net so widely anyway.

If you want to have a candidate in every constituency.

If you, as an individual, want to stand in the one constituency as an Independent, as you can't stand in more than one constituency, it will cost you £500.

Up to you.

But if they introduce PR you won't be able to do that.
