THE parents of a teenage cyclist killed by a car have been praised today by the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland for helping to change how police respond to road traffic incidents in rural areas. Is this because you find that I have no mentioned killing anyone anywhere at all? I have seen many cartoons where such silhouettes are employed so do the cartoon writers and animators actually go about killing people?
