But I don't believe that he should have been in front of the justice system in the first place. No threat, no public interest, no point.

 

I disagree. It's very much in the public interest. People who use the internet need to realise they have to be responsible and accountable for their actions.

 

He wouldn't have gone up to a copper in the airport and said that to his face.
