f0rd Posted May 18, 2010 Share Posted May 18, 2010 So, I've just got in from work, put Channel 4 News on to watch the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the UN explain why there won't be outside foreign nations investigating the allegations of war crimes as it is "colonist", then Jon Snow claim a journalist has been locked up for reporting in depth on the issues when challenged by the Ambassador as to what the journalists name is, Snow had no idea. cgksheff Posted May 18, 2010 Share Posted May 18, 2010 He may have been referring to Ruwan Weerakoon who was arrested in March and has been released on bail earlier this month? ... or Jeyaprakash Tissainayagam who was jailed for 20 years in August last year, released on bail earlier this year and pardoned this month?
