redrobbo
Not in the least. Only managed under 5 hours sleep (and less than 3 the night before) so woke when the alarm clock went off. The alarm clock is placed sufficient distance away from me that I have to get out of bed to switch the irritating noise off, at which point I manage to slowly get motivated. Feeling top of the morning? Nah. Mornings should be abolished and the day should start somewhere around 11 or noon. Then at least I'd catch sme decent sleep for once! DragonofAna
I always feel great getting up early in the morning - even though I usually don't get to bed until early morning. If you sleep 8 hours a day and live til you are sixty - then you have spent 20 years of that time just sleeping. If you sleep 12 hours a day - that's half your life gone on nothing. Too much to do. Not enough hours in the day.
