r0vers Posted May 21, 2010 Share Posted May 21, 2010 A while ago there was a report in the Guadian newspaper about proceedings against Micheal Napier and other senior partners at Irwin Mitchell, concerning allegations of conflicts of intrest with Esso and Exxon which were brought by Barrister Michael Ford.
