Our lads go into the mix with dubstep, hip hop, breaks, drum n bass, funky, garage, funk, reggae, dub - the musical kitchen sink! The TTC DJs are an awesome force behind the decks - let's find out a bit more about them: :: ANDY H :: DJ of 10 years and master turntablist, Andy H is co-founder of brilliant independent labels, First Word Records and Tipping Point. Over the years, he has DJed alongside THE biggest names in the scene, from Roots Manuva to Rusko, Andy C to Breakestra, Eve to Skream and so many more in between. This is a man who knows our scene inside out and, more importantly, knows how to rock a crowd til their heads explode in a wondrous mess of sound glob. And yes - his scratchy hands really do move that fast! :: STOATY :: Stoaty is Sheffield's walking musical encyclopaedia. His sets at TTC take the crowd on a jaw-dropping journey through the likes of Floating Points and MF Doom to Roni Size and Kode 9. Never a simple mish mash, Stoaty's mix wizardry seamlessly stitches together a plethora of styles to rock the dance floor and keep the heads on their toes. :: MIKEY J :: Formerly resident at Shinobi in Hull, Mikey J moved to Sheffield, taking the crown of Drum 'n' Bass resident in a TTC 2005 competition. Not one to simply pander to current DnB trends, Mikey switches things up constantly throughout his sets - leaving the crowd to be mopped up along with the dancefloor debris at the end of the night. This guy will make you dance so much your socks will still be moving when you put em to wash!! :: WALKER :: TTC's resident MC. The man hypes a crowd and rides a riddim with inimitable style.
