No matter from which ever side be it this or the constant bombardment of negative news available to our own kids it is all the same. We our selves with our own lust for the action in the media are as guilty, albeit not on this scale, with our kids now wanting to join the army with it seen more of a vid game than real life and thinking that the enermy is nothing more that a few pixals on Modern warefare 2. Parents the world over sell their kids into all kinds of vile worlds - it used to happen in the UK too when poverty was widespread and families were larger... We've a different idea of children and childhood in the west than what we used to have, and can no longer understand why a family would take cash so that their child could be blown up by a nutter... That girl has done well and highliited the basic problem. For those who like to portray the us and them image I would wish to point out the figure of 6000 Pakistani dead at the hands of these nutters. The recruiting sergeant is the indiscriminate bombings of civilians by the Yanks in Afghanistan so ensuring a ready supply of volunteers for the Taliban.
