johnboy1 Posted June 1, 2010 Share Posted June 1, 2010 hi hope someone can give me some advice ive just split up with my wife ive left the property we shared 2gether ive got 2 children who live with my wife in the house,im payin maintanance do i have 2 keep paying half of the mortgage in order to get half of the value when the property is sold when my kids are old enough theres 7 yrs left to pay and my kids are 11 and 13 any advice would be a big help.
