Whilst Labour were in power at the time, had the Tories wanted to repeal or change that legislation they had a couple of decades in which to do so. Also the thread title is highly misleading since the evidence is that the Council employs more Whites than are represented in the community. Are you saying the claims are false or that Bristol City Council should be able to discriminate against white people? Would you be happy with the inverse?
