rubydazzler
Leave it as a downstairs loo. It'll be really useful when you have visitors, or when someone is taking a bath, or you're in the garden. I don't think we'd have been able to manage with just one bathroom when everyone was at home. Give it a go and then if you feel you can live without it, take it out and put your washer/dryer in there or whatever. But I think a downstairs loo would be a plus point, when you're selling on, provided it has a handbasin.
crazy_chick
I would keep it as a loo room, i use to have one and used it all time, failing that if u do not want to, i would make it a room for yr pc etc
chimay
Keep is as a downstairs loo. We wouldn't be without ours. If you've got a garage what about sticking washers etc in there?

emma royd
Put in a partition and make it into 2 rooms 1 metre square.
MuteWitness
Put a crucifix in it and hire it out by the hour calling it the Jesus Experience. Or use it as a store room.
19SazzaLou91
Put in a partition and make it into 2 rooms 1 metre square. And how do you suggest that happens? 2mtr X 1mtr isn't exactly huge, you know. Seriously, do what other people have said and keep it as a downstairs loo. You never know when it'll come in handy.
milquetoast1
Put in a partition and make it into 2 rooms 1 metre square. That's a good idea because square rooms are more versatile than rectangular ones. I would suggest putting sliding doors in rather than a fixed partition though, so you can open the room up again if you have a lot of guests.
