Snook
It is legal. Although I understand there have been calls from the Somali community to have it reclassified as an controlled substance.
chem1st
i think it was / is? legal but theyve been thinking of cracking down on it for a fair while now It is legal. However it contains an illegal substance. If it contains an illegal substance then how can it be legal? It can also be used as a precursor to synthesise 4-methylmethcathinone which was recently made illegal, after two people died, whom hadn't used it. superstar1
Khat is legal. Khat contains Cathinone. Cathinone is illegal. So is Khat illegal? Khat is legal, It is imported in to the UK every week (by the ton) via the proper channels (customs). It is a leaf that is chewed and kept in the mouth as more is added; you need to chew it for at least 2 hours before anything is felt, unlike magic mushrooms
