Tess Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 I think you should go to York - only an hour away on the train and it's so romantic wandering up the little cobbly roads and in the little shops - and if that doesn't float your boat theres lots of shopping, pubs and restaurants. I love it! I agree, York is beautiful. A few years ago, on a rare day off, my OH and I decided to just walk down to the train station and get on the first train out of Sheffield.
