melthebell
Tbh i aint got a link, i read it in a paper the other day but cant find it online from the paper i thought it was in. Its about smaller towns such as Hull and Middlesbrough being given more money at the expense of larger rivals like London, Sheffield and Manchester because apparently they always get more money, have better transport links and better job creation. I believe its to create more jobs and lower unemployment in the small less well off towns any thoughts? (i know you all love positive discrimination stories)
