lazarus Posted June 13, 2010 Share Posted June 13, 2010 LT G LAMBERT VC this man was buried in sheffield after many years of military service. his grave was surrounded by smack rat needels, which i removed. why has this city allowed this to happen? I wrote a letter to the local paper in Armagh about Lt Lambert, pointing out that he came from Markethill (such a nice little Village too) and that they should run a piece on his exploits and what he did to win the V.C. but they never bothered to reply.
