The car was taxed and tested but she had to pay £10 per day to insure it till the car could be taken away.
keeholden
you'll probably be ok aslong as you dont drive it and it isnt in the way of anything/anybody. of course if it gets stolen or damaged you won't be able to claim
aaron4lauren
yes it will be parked 100% legal its just i carnt afford to pay the insurance on it that is why i am selling it
muddywolf
Don't forget though, if you insure it and then sell the car you can cancel the insurance/get it refunded for the unused months. If you really cant afford insurance can you afford a fine that goes with an uninsured car? Do you know anyone with a drive or private land? the_rudeboy
yes it will be parked 100% legal its just i carnt afford to pay the insurance on it that is why i am selling itNot if it's on the public highway without insurance it won't. You have to weigh up if it's worth the risk.

Daven
But is a layby classed as being on the public highway? Do you know anyone who is going away on holiday? You could charge them to park your car on their drive !
