Try runing it empty on the hottest wash posssible with a bleach based washing detergent (not neat bleach) for a couple of goes

These "maintemnace" washes are often recomended by the makers

If the draw comes out also wash that seperately after the maint washes ,in a dishwasher is good if you have one

A run with strong (not neat!) bleach should shift most of the mould.

If you're going to follow Chap BLADE's advice and if you're going to put vinegar in the machine then don't follow one treatment with the other ... leave a few 'ordinary' cycles between the Acid and Alkaline flushes.

We used to have this problem, and had some-one out as it broke the washing machine. We now get special tablets that you put in on their on with no washing, and it gets rid of them all. Limescale and detergent purifying remover it's called.

Take yon tray out and put it in a bucket of bleach water over night .. and clean out the drawer with a cloth wrapped round a toothbrush ....

Then .... fill up the powder drawer with soda crystals and put it on the longest, hottest wash ...

After that ... put one small bottle of white vinegar in the drum and put it on the same wash ...

Do this every 4 months or so and bob's yer uncle.

P.S. Don't forget to put the drawer back in the following morning before running the wash cycles ;)
