missnaughtie Posted June 14, 2010 Share Posted June 14, 2010 Hi, I am interested in starting either a Yoga Class or Pilates or maybe both:) Does anybody have some info on them as I haven't done them before and I'm a bit aprehensive. I am a bit nervous to attend a class not knowing what to expect...Do you need experience or can you just attend? I live in S35 does anybody know classes near by or a drive away as I'm happy to travel it isn't a problem:) Hope to hear from peeps would be a great help.
