DLA (which is used to pay for the free cars) can be claimed by people who work and not just by the scroungers. Where do they NEED to go? They DO NOT get free cars - repeat: DO NOT - get it yet? Like everyone else, they NEED to go to the Doctors, Dentists, Hospital and visit friends and relatives (possible in other towns / Cities. They NEED to buy clothes, shoes, household goods & furniture and are just as entitled to day trips, holidays and evenings out as non-disabled people.
