Mobile hairdresser for mother with dementia

HELP

Does anybody know a hairdresser who will come and sort my mothers hair out. Age concern gave me a couple of numbers to ring, One's not answering and I left a message for the other who hasn't got back to me. Seems no one wants to know. She hasn't been for her hair doing since she went in hospital for 3 months last december. I am struggling with carers and it will be difficult to get her to the hairdressers cos I don't drive. She is 89 next week and we have a wedding coming up in August.
