So is it really fair game for people to slate him? Talk about ****ing low.

 

In what way is he being slated over the tragic, and untimely death of his son?

I seem to remember a great deal of sympathy for him at the time, as there was for Brown when they lost their child.

 

He is being slated, by me at any rate, for being a pompous, out of touch, sanctimonious, insulting, patronising, robbing, useless, git.

He called people on benefits scroungers, the OP pointed out that he thought David Cameron would have claimed DLA for his son, even though he is a wealthy man & probably doesn't need it & to be honest I agree, I bet he did!

Apologies mean nothing now,everyone is doing it.It very often is just a cop out and an easy way of avoiding recrimination for the original offence.

As for apologising for things that were done 100's of years ago it is ridiculous we had no power of those events,just make sure they don't happen again.
