Twiglet Posted June 23, 2010 Share Posted June 23, 2010 Tesco refuse to handle returned elecrical items. They tell you to contact the manufacturer. Tried it a few months ago and they flatly refuse. Tesco can't refuse to handle returned electrical items. They tried to fob you off but they didn't have a leg to stand on. The law is very clear, they have an obligation to refund or replace the item.
