HeadingNorth
Arthur Scargill a true working class hero , and the most under-rated man in history , he would have sorted the greedy politicians out . Wasn't he the guy who launched an illegal strike, split the NUM apart and torpedoed any chance the miners ever had of keeping their pits open? Perhaps you're too young to remember that he did anything but. Thatcher swatted the irritating little man like a fly. 'Under-rated?' Words fail me. mj.scuba
I have always been inspired by Sir Richard Branson. Who in their lifetime would not want to be wealthy enough to buy their own tropical islands.

artisan
Mark would have been much nearer the top of my list if he'd stayed lost Wasnt Mark the one gun running, and trying the over throw of a democratically elected government in Africa? Who then sold his friends down the river, and was freed because of his mothers, and most likely Reagan's influence? He was merely imitating his dear Ma Maggie. But she was more successful. She did destroy a country, and instead of the death sentence, has been given a lordship.
CottonTop
Sgt. Anthony Scott Futrell. He was an honest, hard working police officer who lived a decent life and tried to do the right things. He never let anyone talk him out of becoming what and who he wanted to be. Sadly, he lost his life in a plane crash in 2002, doing the job he loved.
