Actually I think he is just a youngster, perhaps lost mummy a little too early and needs some TLC. That is where you can help. Actually I have a very good idea. Look for the "shed" thread. There are a number of people on there who are determined to make some poor soul take his new shed down! You could find out where he lives and when he has been forced to take it down you could buy it at a knockdown price and house the pidgeon in it!
