Trouble accessing emails

I can't seem to access my emails, I used to type in ntlworld.com but now it has virgin.com preprinted, is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes but, I use hotmail and everytime I log in it just crashes on me, nor have I been able to use msn for quite some months!

I don't know if this is anything to do with your problem,but I received an email from virgin this morning stating they were changing stuff and reconfiguring is needed.

My MSN/hotmail went a few months back as well. I used an alternative PC (my work one) and signed up with a new hotmail address and I haven't had any problems since.
