I've looked on the Transport Executive website and it tells me the first bus is 08:17. Surely this can't be right? Are there any other operators around that area other than First? Tyranna Posted July 5, 2010 Share Posted July 5, 2010 You will find that the first train from Wombwell station on the Barnsley-Sheffield line should leave at around 5am Mondays-Fridays, possibly a bit later on Saturdays, but on Sundays, probably not until 7.30 or 8am. If you can get to Meadowhall, there are plenty of early buses and the Supertram from there into the centre of Sheffield; maybe you can get a lift there.
