jongo
Why would he have to be a policeman? It is the duty of everyone in the entire country to deal with offences. He wasnt driving when using his phone, he was parked.
garrence
Would you politely remind a driver using a mobile is illegal? A knowing look and a wag of the finger perhaps, but not if they're just chugging along in congestion. That guy in the van has serious personality issues. Dave650
Not at all defending the twonk on the phone. But the cameraman's a blatant weirdo. Made amusing viewing though. A prolonged beep would have took care of his phone call!

jongo
Not the case. Did you see him moving while on the phone? Answer is NO. Where was his van? Answer is By the kerb. How is it not the case?
spindrift
Probably just trying to wind someone up so he can film it, its the new thing apparently. Pointing out to someone that their illegal, reckless behaviour is placing other people at risk is not "winding them up". 11 people killed by drivers on mobiles last year.
