Kidorry
I just think that the pilot wants to live just as much as me so he will do everything he can to keep it flying.
sTaGeWaLkEr
I've used them before and it helped. I was never quite sure if there was a placebo effect or not, but I didn't care - they helped.

alex3659
For flying you needed the 'Robin' suit, alex The tights didn't fit..
max
It's all very well taking tablets to get you through the flight but if you're scared of flying then it can affect your enjoyment of the holiday. My oh takes drugs to get her through the flight but doesn't look forward to the holiday in the same way she does when we drive to Italy or France. Then, towards the end of the holiday, the same dread descends that she will once again be flying in a metal box with wings. Plus, once she starts taking the drugs, it's difficult to get her to concentrate on things such as packing and planning. My suggestion is that you find some way to eliminate the fear completely, that way you can face flying with equanimity.

With the OH's fear of flying and being treat like sh## at the airports it just wasn't worth it. We have a far more relaxing holiday driving to France or somewhere in this country. We're taking the bike to France this year.Relaxed touring, great food and scenary, doing what you want, when you want and not having to join in the scrum round the baggage carousels! Can't wait!
