teuton
Anyone making their own, my cars a 406 s reg estate diesel, worth having a try? Why don't you just buy yourself a bicycle, it wouldn't need any fuel and it would be great for the environment

carltoncdx
ANY diesel car will run on well made bio-diesel......if yours has a Bosch ip pump then all the better as it will tolerate poorer fuel....the lucas/cav pumps are not so well built so can fail. If you don't fancy making your own try the bio fuel place in Attercliffe....his fuel seems ok.....ask for a small sample...say 100ml and then add it to 100ml of distilled water in a glass jar and shake it...then leave for 20 mins...the water should be clear which shows the fuel has no soap in it...soap= poor fuel. carltoncdx
http://www.bioukfuels.co.uk/bio_diesel_prices.php If you haven't used bio before buy a fuel filter and make sure YOU can change it at the roadside if the need arises.....and no its not the bio that causes any probs it the years of gunk and varnish that the fuel companys leave in normal diesel that the bio washes off the insides of your tank and fuel pipes and dumps in yourn filter.
