miaowwoof
Hi I went to change lightbulb and you know where you put the bulb in the 2 hole which you fit the light bulb onto (bayonette fitting) well the 2 bits fell off, like cracked and come off :/ Sorry if ive described that badly. Is it something I can fix or do I need a sparky?
miaowwoof
http://www.screwfix.com/sfd/i/cat/95/p2852195_x.jpg This is what is up, only a bog standard fitting. Its the 2 holes at the side where you twist the bulb in place which has snapped off, so hence nothing to hold the bulb in place. My hubby doesnt feel confident enough replacing the ful light fitting. Guess i need a sparky :/
Viper '69
The actual bulb holder part can be bought separately,it would go through me paying a sparky the money for a 10 minute job costing 50p-£1.Its only 2 or 3 wires. Dont suppose you're in S5?
