Help, Accused of benefit fraud

Recommended Posts

All over now! Proved i wasnt doing anything wrong and that it was all the work of a twisted spiteful old man who couldnt get his own way, there should be something in place that stops innocent people having to go through this, I have lost 2 stones and felt ill since this started (3 months ago) ive been made to feel like a criminal and at the end of it all theres no apology or anything!

very pleased love - hope you feel a lot better now - if you were rich you wouldn't have been treated this way - tax cheats aren't and you shouldn't be - hope everything settles down , put your weight back on and good luck for the future

just to clarify the rules for those one income support or housing benefit and are claiming as single.

the number of nights your boy/girl friend can sleep over are 0 for income support, not a single night.

for housing benefit, the number of nights your boy/girl friend can sleepover are 0,in both cases you will be required to repay your benefit,or claim as a couple.

Furthermore,if you have a FRIEND,that sleeps over,or relative, they are expected to pay toward rent, and you will be required to repay ALL benefit, housing and income support or face prosecution.

AND,this can be back dated,so you can face a bill for many thousands of pounds,so BEWARE.

This is not stated anywhere in dwp regulations, when making a claim you claim as single, there is a myth that 1 to 3 nites is ok,well thats not true, you must sleep alone.

Theres no love on the dole!
