jl-heating Posted July 19, 2010 Share Posted July 19, 2010 anything after the external stop is urs. 2 options repair the lead or replace the whole pipework in plastic up to the internal stop tap . option 1 is cheapest you dig the hole and reveal the leak to keep the cost down ... 10 min to repair the lead all being well and bobs ur uncle. jennycakes Posted July 19, 2010 Author Share Posted July 19, 2010 update; yorkshire water have been out and are baffled as to why there is a pipe there and are coming back tomorrow to dig up the front garden and see what is going off ,i asked if there are any charges for this and told defo no, we are only liable from the water meter to our house,the fact the pipe is on our boundry isnt our fault, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
