chicaned
I've seen this place as well. I'd like to know how long the food is on the buffet before they bring some fresh food :-S I'm sceptical.
CraftyBob
Evening all. I was in there a couple of weekends ago. The prices and portion sizes are generous and as it's a help-yourself affair, you can choose as much or as little as you like. The selection is good (if you're not veggie) with lots of different bits and pieces, but I will say that none of the spring rolls were crispy and the prawn toast lacked sufficient prawn. The service is friendly, it's cheap and it'll fill you up, but it cannot compete with other takeaways (Shanghai Garden & Wok This Way) in terms of food quality & flavour. verona
I tried China House on Abbeydale Road a couple of weeks ago it it was very good. They do 4 dishes for £10. I was expecting small portions but they are large. I cooked my own rice and me and the wife were pretty stuffed after it all, and there was still enough for me the day after.
