New scam alert beware

Recommended Posts

Ask them to go through DPA with you first. Give duff details, then when he confirms your duff name etc, continue with the call continuing to give duff, plucked out of the air details....

Scammer: "Yes, can you confirm your name for me"

You: "Mr S.C. Ammer"

Scammer: "Date of Birth?"

You: "1st January 1901"

Scammer: "Right - can you confirm your address and postcode...."

You: "Yes"

Scammer: "Go on then - what's your address"

You: "You asked me to confirm it, I'm waiting for you to give me the address so I can confirm it"

Scammer: "I see...."

Click - Brrrrrrrrrr.............

Like it :hihi::hihi:... I'll remembe that, thanks.
