As of Sept 2007 we now train on Tuesdays, 8:30pm - 10:00pm at Ecclesfield School Chapeltown Road Ecclesfield Sheffield S35 9WD So... we'll see you there! And each subsequent Tuesday.... We are training throught the summer so, if you'd like to try out Korfball and meet the teams before the new season starts -we'd love you to come along! The season is going great - Trotters 1st team are top of the league (the only team to have a +ive goal difference!) Newbies all welcome - no experience necessary. We are starting training for the season tomorrow (Monday 6th Sept) at Handsworth Grange School at 7.30pm so come along and give it a go! I know of a few other people coming along that are completely new to korfball so if you are as well then you wont be the only one! For info for anyone wanting to get involved in Korfball in Sheffield there are two (non uni) clubs. Snakebite & Trotters. Both are great clubs and we come together during the season to play matches, go to tournaments and for the end of year Yorkshire Korfball Awards. Both clubs are looking for new players to develop korfball in the area so if you are interested in playing I would suggest getting in touch with both of us and go along to a few sessions to see which you prefer!
